“Steelhaus has been a trusted partner of Torxen for several years as a MultiStage Completions provider. During these years 100s of wells have been completed and new technologies been developed, such as the Precision Coil Shiftable Sleeve with tracer sub for long term production monitoring. Most recently we successfully completed 128 stage completions Open, Frac, Close stimulation with a packerless Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA). The packerless operation reduces the risk of stuck BHA given the simplified and reduced OD BHA, quicker stage to stage operations and reduced water usage.  Over a week after completing the stimulation, all the sleeves were re-opened once again with a packerless BHA by simply pulling continuously from stage to stage. From the opening of the first sleeve to the 128th lasted no more then 4 hours. Not having to pressure up the entire annulus to open sleeves results in the quick timing and significant water saving.”
